YOUNG ARTIST - LIM WEI XIONG
Name: Lim WeiXiong Age: 4
At the age of 4, WeiXiong is still at doodling stage, learning how to draw basic objects. He loves drawing vehicles and he is pretty good at it.
ART APPRECIATION...This is always so subjective... We can say that Leonardo Da Vinci was a great artist, cos he created "Mona Lisa" the world famous painting. But then again, not everyone in this world would know how to appreciate his paintings...
Have you seen drawing done by kids as young as 3 or 4 years old? How many of us will know how to appreciate it? Not many people will be able to appreciate arts done by young children. Some might think those are pure doodling, making no sense... BUT, kids do try to express themselves through their artpieces. Learn how to appreciate them and you will be surprised how creative kids can be... - "Beauty lies in the eye of the beholder"
"Gallery of Enchantment" is a cyber-gallery I've specially created to showcase some of my students' art pieces. I want the kids to be proud of their creation, proud to showcase their masterpieces to their parents, friends and the world. They don't have to be someone famous in order to showcase their artwork in gallery. Through "Gallery of Enchantment", they now have a gallery of their own, where they can share all their masterpieces to their loved ones and...the world.
