YILIN - My Living Room

A very impressive work done by YiLin. Many who have seen this art piece were surprised that this is a work done by an eight year old girl. Very neatly done and we can see the effort Yilin has put in to complete her work. Great job Yilin!

This was the 2nd lesson in Still Life drawing for YiLin. We wanted her to learn observing shapes, shade and tone of objects being placed in front of her. With guidance given, YiLin managed to deliver the challenge put forward to her

YiLin did this art piece when she was in Pri 1. For kids of her age, it is definitely a challenge to work on a still life art. Seeing tone and shades is tough for them. We can see effort put in by YiLin in delivering this work. Good attempt YiLin
YOUNG ARTIST - CHEN YI LIN
Name: Chen Yi Lin
Age: 8
YiLin is a very talented girl, learning not just arts but also taking up dancing classes on weekend. At her age, she is delivering work standard that is much better than that of most other peers of her age group. We can see her progress thru the months, from a girl who needs much attention to someone who has a mind of her own, now with more more confident in her work and is becoming more independent. Proud to have YiLin as our student!
